    Hi,
    I’ve the same problem with ‘IT solutions pro’ theme, actually I never had ‘Theme Options’ available when hovering on
    Appearance.

    It’s like this;
    Appearance > Themes
    Customize
    Widgets
    Menus
    Background

    Any suggestion please?
