Theme options disappeared

I have been working on fixing a hack, and I have replaced the theme with a backup. The site is displaying correctly, but my customizations are not displaying on the backend. The “Theme Options” section is displaying the default theme settings, instead of showing all the changes made. The images and links in the various sections, as well as the custom CSS is being used to display the site, but they are not displaying in the theme options.

Hi,
I’ve the same problem with ‘IT solutions pro’ theme, actually I never had ‘Theme Options’ available when hovering on
Appearance.

It’s like this;
Appearance > Themes
Customize
Widgets
Menus
Background

Any suggestion please?
