Hi, I would like to be able to load the same format photos on the page of the website (www.mlbeauty.nl) and make them visible. It concerns all pages under (skin problems and treatments).

The image & text frame has an image format that adapts to the size of the image from the WordPress Media Library. Can the image size be fixed to a default size so that any image from the Media Library will be automatically resized in the background and previously uploaded images will be automatically available in the new image sizes, so existing images in the media library will be updated to the new sizes.

Is this possible within the theme or in another way

Thank you, but this is not what I mean. Please get the fa fa-phone icon working in the existing file su-button so that it is displayed like the envelope icon in the contact form. Will you do that for me.

I’ve done what you asked. It’s not going well on all pages yet, see screenshot. On the page (https://www.mlbeauty.nl/wp-admin/post.php?post=14963&action=sktbuilder#edit-92/blockColumns-150) the fourth fifth and sixth column are not equal. The fourth column must be parallel to the first column and so on.

Hi,

Now i have the follow issue.

I have added 3 extra columns on the page https://www.mlbeauty.nl/wp-admin/post.php?post=10011&action=sktbuilder#edit-187. The first column is not level with the other two, how is this possible? This happens on every page where I want to add a new column no matter how many.

I got to the he SKT Builder. Problem is not been resolved. The delete icon is not visible when i open the empty cards.

I do not understand that it does not work in my environment, I have, as requested, provided the url and login details to make this work, unfortunately without result. What now?

Can you send me an screenshot of my theme showing that it is fixed and working?

Hi,

Very strange. I click on accordion arrow and open it, in left side i don’t see the delete icon beside the toggle icon as you show on the screen shot.the same goes for the Cards.

I don’t really understand why it looks different to me than what you show in the screenshot, especially since this is a paid theme, then it should work.
Otherwise, please log in to the account and ensure that the delete icon is next to the toggle icon for the accordion and cards.

Hi,

Still I’m having a problem aligning all the pages I’ve created in the SKT Builder. The side line of the photo and the text blocks no longer run syndrome. So i you to show page title and image and text blocks in same alignment?

I followed your instructions of November 11, 2022 at 7:17 pm

go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.skt-builder-column { padding-left:0 !important;}

On November 14, 2022 at 6:08 pm you indicated it was done but the problem is still there, just look at the skin problems and treatments page all the pages there as well as the hair removal page and Dermaviduals have the problem of alignment . How can this be solved and so that when I create a new page with the SKT Builder the alignment problem is gone.

Ok clear, but for te Home Section 2, Section contant I posted the following text [contact-form-7 id="14127" title="Contact_home page”] but still nothing visible. Also, the shortcode button does not work.

Home Futered Blocks
Now are two boxes visible. In the old situation are 3 boxes in a row. Box 1 (Skin problems) Box 2 (treatments) Box 3 (dermaviduals). For box 2 (treatments) i cannot be selected the correct page, because it does not appear in the selection menu. Can you tell me what is causing that i cannot selected the page treatments because the page does exist.

The home page is partly working, after managed by customizer. I have placed text and images at the home futered blocks and at the Home Section 2, 3 and 4, but nothing happens after publishing see screenshot.

the select page for the boxes (Skin problems and Products) are visible, but is not shown. for box three the page (treatments) cannot be selected, because it does not appear in the selection menu.

The problems are from the beginning of this week, at the first post link November 10, 2022 at 10:54 pm everything worked as described it.

Can you find out for me what the problem is and fix it for me?
