WP Customer Review

I have a question.

I use the Plugin WP Customer Review, see page https://www.mlbeauty.nl/new-home/services/ Treatments/huidbelangsmassage/.
The layout of the plugin is not very nice in combination with the theme, see screenshot:

I checked whether a special block is available. There are only blocks for reviews by product, category and all reviews see screenshot:

Do you as a developer know whether a block can be created for treatments with the same layout
