Woodcraft issues-spacing and slider links

On a desktop computer: on the Our Team section the spacing is too wide from the photo to the person’s name and description – https://imgur.com/a/BCLLD (http://tydfoundation.org/about-tyd/our-team/)

On the sliders (homepage): I set up a link test for the 4th slider (Slider entitled: Help us meet our $5,000 challenge) and it’s not working (I’ve tried refreshing the page, a different slide, nothing is working). Is there something special I’m suppose to be doing other than inserting the desired link the slide is to go to (in the Customizer area/+Sliders/Slide 4 Link) and clicking on PUBLISH?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.cols3 .team-thumb { height:230px;}

What about the second issue?
