    Within the site builder / configuration I am setting the products to 3 per row and 2/3 rows but the builder in not honoring that configuration. Due to that the margins, padding and image sizes are getting skewed.

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .woocommerce ul.products li.product a img { height: 250px; object-fit: contain;}
