Wine Pro Theme / Translate contact for responses and change menu position

Im working with the wine pro theme and need to translate the submit button as well as the responses that appear after sending the message to german language. How is this possible? The second question contains the primary menu. I need the menu to be shown in the middle of the space between header (with Telefone number…) and Slider. At the moment it sticks at the top. How can I solve this problem?

Add this code there:

.sitenav { margin-top:35px;}
