where are the page titles?

How do I get my Product Categories to show up as a title on my categories pages? FYI http://brendapetersonllc.com/product-category/floral/ should say “Floral” at top and http://brendapetersonllc.com/product-category/acrylic/ should say “Acrylic” at top.
