Website issues

I have been in contact with my hosting the past few days as my website is causing a nuisance on their server… So they keep blocking me. Resulting in me not being able to access my website. Trying to find out what is causing the issues in between being blocked.

Last Sunday I made some adjustments in my widgets/sidebar, and that’s when it all started. Might it be theme related???

Yesterday a back-up from Saturday was restored, but the problems still consists. I need help finding out what’s causing the issue, so I can attempt to fix/solve it. Of course if it’s theme related there’s not much I (myself) can do…

Apparently there’s multiple PHP sessions from my IP, as many as 1574 requests in 20 min!

I need help…

I have multiple plugins disabled now, mostly widget related. At least I don’t get blocked anymore. But I want to change something in my widgets/sidebar and am afraid to do so now…

Just with the widget section open (without touching anything) there’s an instant 1600 request on the hosting server… Something aint right! Maybe this helps?

Kindly ask about this issue to hosting provider, From adding widget in theme the server is not getting an any error,

So me not being able to open my widget page (let alone make changes) is not theme related? Just opening the page is already causing issues…

The problem was not them not working…

The problem was that when I open the widget page my hosting instantly gets overloaded with request from my website. Hence I get blocked. Because opening said page already causes issues I can’t adjust anything. Tried that quickly before getting blocked, but the same issue… server overload.

So also with adjusted widgets my website keeps spamming my hostings server… Something on that page is causing problems, but I have no idea what/how/why?!

Hi,

Your site is not overloaded, only open widgets page, getting error even opening other pages, So this is not theme issue, it is server issue.
Please ask hosting provider about this issue.
