Visual Composer license key

I’ve used the SKT Hotel theme for a few installations, and it appears the Visual Composer plugin has upgraded. How can I update this plugin? I would hate that it would be the reason people can break-in, eventually…

Hi,

Visual composer is a third party plugin so not sure how it will react. Kindly have a database backup first and then upgrade the plugin.

Visual Composer is a 3rd party plugin for which you have a license key, but I do not.
It will not update unless I provide som sort of license key.

I am not interested in any new functionality that updating the plugin might bring, but because code never is 100% bug free, I want to be able to get the security updates for it.

Yes so if you have bought Visual Composer plugin you can provide the license. If you haven’t purchased it then don’t use it as its illegal.

I think you might want to check that.

I bought the theme SKT Hotel, which came with the Visual Composer plugin.
I assumed SKT Themes had an agreement with WP Bakery.

If I turn off the Visual Composer plugin, the theme will not work properly.

Hi,

None of our themes use Visual Composer plugin. They may use shortcodes ultimate but We Bake theme doesn’t use that as well.
