Upgrading from demo to pro

Hi,
We just bought the magazine theme today after testing the demo version,
when we activate the pro one, so the whole website is showing the pro template itself and not showing the old customization ( menus, pages and posts ) are not showing automatically.
noting that, the demo version was working good and showing the existing customization.

Could you please assist on this?

The pro version doesn’t have the same options of the free version, examples below

We need to have the same options of the free version + the option of changing the colors of the menus and the buttons.

Here below are our confusions and we are requesting your support on it.
Noting that, currently we are activating the free version and we need Pro to be like free one!

Home page doesn’t have a slider when choosing static page

Hi,

We have updated the theme.

Procedure for update: Kindly re-download the theme via same email you got or else by login here: sktthemes.net/my-account, activate some other theme, and delete the old theme and upload and activate the new theme.

but still I couldnot show the category slider on the header of the home page like the one of the free version

and one more thing , the theme settings is very slow and sometimes it shows white screen without showing the settings screen, so I have to go to /wp-admin then go to theme settings to open and it opens after 4 to 5 times

Because in pro version slider is dynamic via appearance>theme options>homepage slider.

Also you can remove that slider and add any slider plugin so it works better than free.

the slider is dynamic only if I choose latest posts, but I am using a static page and I dont want to use an external plugin I paid for the theme so I dont use an external plugin, however if I use the plugin it wont appear on the same place like the original one in the theme
and there is no homepage slider in the theme options

and what about the slow and white screen when I open the theme options?
I can find that the theme is on Beta Version and not stable yet, you should have mentioned this before I pay, unfortunately if I keep finding these kind of bugs I will ask for a refund and will report it to wordpress as you are promoting it on the main wordpress portable so the theme should have what is mentioned in the description and till now there is no single benefit from buying the pro version except wasting the time in sending you the bugs to fix it, I didnot pay to test theme options, I paid for a stable theme that I can use.

Since we don’t know how come you get white screen of death something which we have heard happening in Microsoft operating systems and not in WordPress kindly email us your WordPress admin details here: sktthemes.net/contact

Do not say i can’t give you admin details etc etc because of some security issues. You can always change details later on and create another admin account for us and delete it later on as well.
