Hi Shri – Any tips on how I could get rid of the large gap between my nav and page content ( eg. http://5tstroke.ca/location/ ). I’ve tried editing the full-width page template and CSS but haven’t found anything that will get rid of the gap.

Kindly check this file via ftp and download it: main.css (path is wp-content/themes/gravida-pro/main.css)
And then consider checking these classes there:
Make padding in all these classes to 0 from whatever numbers they have and the top space should be reduced.
