Theme Options Disappeared

I have been working on fixing a hack, and I have replaced the theme with a backup. The site is displaying correctly, but my customizations are not displaying on the backend. The “Theme Options” section is displaying the default theme settings, instead of showing all the changes made. The images and links in the various sections, as well as the custom CSS is being used to display the site, but they are not displaying in the theme options.

We’ve paid for the latest version. I have not yet updated because we have a lot of customizations, and I want to be sure that they can be transferred. Currently, we cannot even see them. Will you help us now that we’ve paid?
