So on October 22 2016 I purchased SKT Local Business Pro, it was all great and my website was looking amazing. Now I didn’t have time to stick to the normal development standards since this was my own site and I was building it on my own time. However, today I went to my site to find it had reset to the original theme. Upon further investigation I find out that all of my pages still exist however they are not displayed nor is the menu and all the content I had updated… I do not have any backups as I said i did not have time to follow my standards. Is there a reason why this theme has gone haywire all of a sudden?
Hi Victor,
We send email in case of major updates or else we send emails about theme updates. But in general we do not push automatic updates because many clients choose to update their themes within coding structures. You can always go to downloads section in my-account and download the latest theme.
Also deactivate all the plugins and check again.
