Subtitel underneath Services

My customer wants a subtitel and a link to the contact page underneath the header in the section Services. Is this possible?

Example:

Services
A textline with his services and a link to the contactform.

The 4 boxes as in the template

Hi Dave,

Thank you for adding the subtitle, but you made some type error in the scentence and the word Contact is not a link as I asked.
Also I asked for a reply how you changed this section, so that I could do this myself the next time. If you would have send me that answer I could have changed it now myself.

This issue was resolved from our end. Kindly check and confirm.

if you edit next time Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Section 3>>Edit ther what you need.
