Please assist me, I cant change the hover colour on the navigation menu on the Stone theme – https://bluewebtech.co.za/DEMO/spsurfacing/

Its currently a maroon when you hover over the page names

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.head_inner #topmenu .menu_hover > a:link { background: #1f3f6d !important;}
