Spam from contact for in Startup Pro

Hello, I purchased all of your themes, and used the Startup pro for my website, Since I have launched I am getting a huge amount of spam from the form. Can you please advise how I can make the captcha better to prevent this, or possibly how to integrate that form with akismet to prevent this?

Alternatively if you can point me to the directory and file name that controls that I can implement a better strategy myself.

Kindly use Contact Form 7 with Google reCAPTCHA for better spam protection.
