Smartphone screen: menu button vs Header Layout 2 not worked

Hi,
Header Layout2 on the tablet screen and on the desktop screen, the menu button works.
But on the smartphone screen, Header Layout2 does not work.
When you click on it, the main page just reloads.
How can i fix this?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

@media screen and (max-width:767px) {
#simple-menu { position:relative; z-index:99999999;}
}
