I realize that we are not paying for premium support, but many of us have bought the annual service, so we can get support.
We cannot go 4-5 days in between responses, or responses in forums where you ask for username/password and nobody finds out what was fixed.
About 90% of my issues with SKT Themes could’ve been fixed had there been a knowledge base on what you did to fix the issue.
So, please either respond quicker to requests (I have 6 of them), or publish what you fix so other people can benefit from them, and reduce your workload.
Forum itself acts as a knowledge base in many cases where similar questions have already been answered. Due to weekend, Dushera and Gandhi jayanti (back to back holidays) we couldn’t get back to you.
Something like this happens only once in a few years.
