SKT Strong text colour

In the ‘Everything About Fitness’ section can you tell me how to change the text colour please? I am able to change the background colour to black but cannot change the text colour.

I have been able to change the Heading to white but not the body text – it just stays black when I try to change the colour.

In Home Section 2, You can see that I have changed the background to black and the colour of the headings to white.
I have tried to change the body text to white in the edit content section in both the visual and text boxes but neither seem to work.
In the screenprint I have highlighted one of the body text passages to show the text.

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize>>Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.right-fitbox .right-fit-desc, .left-fitbox .left-fit-desc { color:#fff !important;}
