SKT SEO theme is very bad

I am not able change any Home section 1 or section2 or any section why I will keep this text — Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit, sed diam nonmy nibh euism laoreet dolore magna aliquam erat volutpat consectetuer adipiscing elit. — I do not want this text I want to change and there is no option to change. also there is not theme option in appearance. No happy with the themes which you have

Kindly check appearance>customize for SKT SEO. You might be checking theme options but not all the themes are built with the same platform because of the newest ones WordPress recommends using Customizer.
