I am using SKT Recipe Theme hosted by Bluehost. The website will not show up without having the (www.) in front of the domain name.
I contacted my domain service as well as my hosting service who have checked everything on their side and I have been told to contact the theme company as there is something regarding the requirements of the theme that is not right to make it show up with and without the <www.> The theme is supposed to work both with the <www> and the without <www> version for your website. The URL in my database is updated to <www>. the hosting company had checked it. They also checked my DNS records. The records are properly updated to point to my website to their servers even when the <www> is accessed. I need to be provided with a set of requirements or server needs that will work for the theme to show up with and without the <www.>
