skt design agency pro doesn't work

Hello,
I just bought the theme design-agency-pro. I tried to change the logo “design agency” by mine in appearance> theme option and now the website does’nt work anymore
I deleted my logo and come back to the first set up. It didn’t work. Then I tried to remove the whole theme and reinstall it, It doesn’t work neither. The free version does work.

Just to be sure it wasn’t because of the website, i did the test on another one. The problem does come from the version pro of the theme ( the free version works perfectly)

If I have to, I will create you an access to the admin but i rather avoid it for security reasons.

Can you fix it ? Can I exchange for another themeor be reimbursed ? This is the third message I let…

Hi Alice,

This issue was resolved from our end. Kindly check and confirm.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme and upload the theme and activate from there. You didn’t install the theme in root folder hence the theme broken.
