SKT Builder Wont work + More

Hello, I am trying to use the SKT builder on a theme we have from here but every time i try it just sits and hangs at 28% and won’t go past that part. Any way to fix this??

Also, We want to use this theme here: https://www.sktthemes.org/shop/home-maintenance-wordpress-theme/

How do we get the parts showing on the design to show on the home page and such? “Why Choose Us” “How it Works” and so on? We have never built with a theme before so this is a first for us.

One other question – how would we go about getting a side menu added onto pages with the menu items that are children of the main menu item?
