Sidebars with Woocommerce

Hi SKT,

I recently bought the Movers Pro theme and have the Woocommerce plugin installed. However, I cannot get sidebars to show Woocommerce widgets like Product Search, Product Category etc.

Any advice would be a help. I’ve submitted this question already but I’ve got no response.

Hi John,

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting

You will find the WooCommerce page layout settings at the bottom of the Basic Settings. Select WooCommerce right sidebar from there.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for your response. However, when I go to the bottom of basic settings, the only options are:

Blog Single Left Sidebar
Blog Single Right Sidebar
Blog Full Width
Blog No Sidebar

There is no option for Woocommerce Right Sidebar.

Hi John,

Given you re-access to the theme. Kindly re-download the theme, activate some other theme, delete the old theme and upload and activate new theme.

Deletion of theme does not delete theme options or its settings. Uploading and activating the new theme will solve these problems.

Hi Brad,

When I try to download the theme from my account at SKT, it say’s “this download has expired” and I cannot download it. Is there another way to download it?
