Shopeeze – Featured boxes not working properely

Hi
I’m using shopeeze and I have a page and image set for the featured boxes on the home page. The problem is the rollover effect is not working. The site is on a local host but I’m seeing this error:
custom.js?ver=4.8.3:199 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…) is not a function
at custom.js?ver=4.8.3:199

The full page is getting loaded onto the home page when I set it in the Featured boxes?

I have done that but now I see that if you only have 1 box used it loads the full page, but if you have 2 or more it works as expected, so can you cancel that contact form I filled out?
