Remove Slider in Full

Hello!

I just installed the Minimal Blog Theme and would like to fully remove the slider on the top.

I deleted all settings and removed animation from the site, as well as set “false” to autoplay, however, it gets stucked as it was trying to load something:

I also would like to Remove the Date on sigle posts and pages.

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Basic Settings >> Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.slidearea, .postmeta { display:none;}
