    Please advise how I can remove the default Quick Contact form from the Page Sidebar in most of your themes. Failing removing it, can I update the fields and the mailto ?

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Sidebar Main and drop drop an empty text widget there.
