Play School Theme – Testimonials

On my homepage the Testimonials are showing up incorrectly. http://lumpreschool.org/wp/ The quote is sometimes in the center and sometimes on the side. Also, I do not have job titles for my testimonials and I need to know how to get rid of the comma under the name.

I added the testimonial shortcode to my About Page http://lumpreschool.org/wp/about/ and it is not showing up correctly either. I clicked “Insert Shortcode” but Testimonials wasn’t an option so I pasted the shortcode from the documentation [testimonials-rotator show=”3″] and it is showing up empty.

Hi,

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.bx-wrapper li p { display:none;}
.page .bxslider h3, .page .quote, .page blockquote::before { color:#282828;}

Thank you, but that did not solve the problem. Now on the about page, only the quote symbol and name are showing up, and the background color is not correct (I want to it to look like the testimonials on the homepage)

Also, the testimonials on the homepage – the third one is no longer showing up at all and the quote symbol is still in the wrong place.

Can you send us the screenshot of your issues? Upload your screenshot on imgur.com and paste the share url here.

When I go to customize the color, it shows up correctly, but when I click “publish” it turns white again. I tried different colors and had the same problem

I had to take it off the about page to share with the client. The last message I sent was about the homepage. See link and screengrabs. The testimonials previously worked on the homepage. Now it is broken there too.
