    KITCHEN DESIGN PRO

    Hi guys

    I have a well established website www.frankhadleydesign.co.uk

    I have only just noticed so I do not know if it is a recent thing BUT if you click on a picture inserted with SKTBUILDER the link opens the page in a frame on top of the main website. If you click on the TEXT it opens normally as a full page in the current tab.

    This is annoying the customer as it is MUCH SLOWER to open in the frame and sometimes the graphics go weird. The links are exactly the same but the appearance is different depending on whether you click on the PICTURE or TEXT

    Is there as CSS script to stop this happening?

    Hi,

    Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

    .skt-builder-block-wrapper.skt-builder-home-section5-block.skt-builder-home-section5-block-394 a {
        pointer-events: none;
    }

    Regards,
    Chris

    That has stopped it opening in a frame BUT it now just shows a spinning symbol instead.

    This makes it look like the page is losing but not opening.

    To be honest this is worse than the frame. Can’t you just make the picture link do nothing or open in a full same page.

    Hi,

    I think this is happening due to plugin conflicting.

    Kindly check for conflicting plugins disable all of the plugins and see if it works.

    If its working fine then some plugin is conflicting. Activate them one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

    Regards,
    Chris

    It is with the NextGen Gallery.
