Perfect Theme Slider not loading on Site

My site http://turnkeyreadywebsites.com is contimually trying to load the slider on the front page, can you suggest what the issue is, the site slider is as you installed it.

I have disabled “sliders” but now I can’t get intp admin>Apperance>Customise I just get a blank page, therefore I cannot enable the sliders again now, you only installed the theme on Thursday your help please.
