Our Team – remove designation

When creating team members in the “Our Team” section, if I leave the designation blank then it shows “()” on the top of the post. How can I remove this?

it shows when you click into the team member.

Also its just started showing the first 2 team members on one line and then the rest below. I am using the following shortcode : [ourteam col="4" show="-1" excerptlength="25" category="attractions"]
Can you see why its doing this?

Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

.team-infobox span { display:none;}
