Have just installed the perfect theme and I wish to create a page of team members. I have created team members via the our team section but I cannot find anything in the documentation on how to add them to a page.
Website is www.wyntercon.org
April 30, 2018 at 6:11 am #100253Hi Anthony,
Kindly use any of this shortcode in order to showcase the team members:
[ourteam col="4" show="4" excerptlength="10"] [ourteam col="3" show="3" excerptlength="10"] [ourteam col="2" show="2" excerptlength="10"] [ourteam col="1" show="1" excerptlength="10"]

Finally, is there any way to group team members for different posts/pages?
ie, tech team, sponsors, front of house. In a perfect world this could be done via tags but the ourteam section doesnt have this facility (yet 😉 )
May 2, 2018 at 10:34 pm #100488also, when i click into a team member, how do I go about adding a white block behind the text of the post?

ShriMay 4, 2018 at 8:31 am #100588Categories added to our team post type, you can use category parameter in our team shortcode to display category wise team members.
Example: [ourteam col=”4″ show=”-1″ excerptlength=”25″ category=”sponsors”]

DaveJanuary 2, 2022 at 5:23 pm #188663Hi there,
I’m new on this platform and just started using SKT theme last month, DECEMBER.I’m having a similar issue as I want to edit the order of the my team on home page.
iads.unilag.edu.ng
However I have been reluctant to put up a query whenever I have an issue up until now because I noticed individual are always being asked for their admin password. I can’t provide the password to the site as it is a client site and tit is very security conscious.
So I just go ahead into the custom CSS box and have been solving past issues myself with the aid of browser inspector tool.
But it’s not been easy and this particular problem is a pain. Please could you just give me the code to drop in the custom CSS box to arrange the “my team” section on the home page, as whenever a new team is added it just jump to the front. And I’ll like to request that an easy way to do this be inbuilt within the theme using the user interface in the future. Thank you.
January 2, 2022 at 11:52 pm #188666I sorta fixed the order issue, Please I would also like to know how to add categories or tags to “my Team”
