No emails on mobile browser

Hello,

I’m using the Filmmaker Theme.
I have an Elementor contact form which perfectly works when i’m logged as an admin on my website.
When i send a mail through my website, Ajax logs shows the action send_email using function wp_ajax_send_email

But when i’m in guest mode or using mobile browser, it’s using the wp_ajax_nopriv_send_email and i don’t receive any mail from my website.
It seems like there is a 302 error.

I precise that it’s working with default WordPress theme.

What can i do to receive mails from guests ?
