No acces to themes

Hi Support!

I am a costumer with a pro license, bought in februarythis year 2017, with acces to all themes.
But I can’t download the last released themes.
It happened to me several months ago and you solved the problem in forums, but now I still having the same problem each time that you release a new theme.
So new themes doesn’t appears in my download list as they use to do last year.
I have sent this advice twice via Contact form without response.

Can you please give me acces to the following themes:

– Beer and Pub
– SKT Christmas
– SKT Stone
– Yacht and Cruise
– Toy Store
– Holy Church
– Classified Ads
– Real Estate
– Donation

Thanks for your fast aswer.

I asked access to download the New themes via sktthemes.net/contact twice some weeks ago and still waitting an aswer.

I will send a men mail as you say now and I hope you can check it.

I have sent 3 times (today one) the same question using the contact form on the contact page.

Don’t understand what I was doing wrong. Anyway Themes downloaded, Thanks again!
