Naturo custom header image not applicable?

Tried searching your forums with no luck.

I recently purchased your Naturo Pro but am having problems customizing the header through the menus.

I’ve tried going through the WP editor to manually apply the image link with no success, seems like the code was already made to fetch the image automatically?

Possible issue with the latest 4.6 update? Although, I was able to change the header just fine in the Lite version.

Sorry for my noobiness, this is my first in depth site. Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi,

Kindly show us your website URL.

Also kindly go to appearance>theme options>basic settings many times our themes have inner page banner from that area.

Appearance>menus>set up menu and click on set as primary menu to have a menu displayed on the top.

If you are talking about having image displayed behind logo and menu area then let me know.

Yeah, I’m just looking to put an image behind my logo.

I guess I could just make the logo as the header image also.

Kindly go to Appearance>>Theme Options>>Basic Settings>>Custom CSS Box:

Add this code there:

.header {
background: url(“http://phamtastic.info/wp-content/themes/skt-naturo-pro/images/skills_bg.jpg”) repeat scroll 0 0;
}

But I’m still not seeing a header background.

Also, would you happen to know what size image is best for the featured image?

The header has actually been showing, but the problem is that it is located underneath the slider.

How would I go about shifting it upwards on the page?
