    I’ve recently purchased Nature Pro Theme, order nº 55075, to use in WordPress 6.2.2.
    SKT Templates 4.9.9. is installed in Plugins Menu
    Mail activation has been completed
    I’ve tried to install the purchased Pro Theme, by uploading the zip file downloaded natureone-pro.zip, in WordPress Menu
    But there has been a failed installation, reporting the message (traducted) “Can’t unzip the file. Can’t find plugins. Plugin installation has failed”

    ¿Can you help please? ¿Is the pro version installed or need to install?

    Hi,

    Kindly check “natureone-pro.zip” folder is exist or not in theme folder, if this is already in a theme folder so it’s givening and error at the time of uploading a theme.

    kindly see given documentation link how to install theme.
