Hello,
I’m having a few issues I can not figure out and was hoping you could help me with. http://kbbenson.com/
1. On the homepage: I cant get the “Subscribe” button to integrate with MailChimp. I’ve worked out all the other sidebar subscribe widgets and they work, just the homepage does not.
2. The background on the following pages is this weird brown/orange color that I’d like to change to white but I can’t figure out where to go to change it: On the homepage (“About the Author” section), each of the pages listed on the menu, and the blog.
3. I created a blog page and, under settings–>reading, I marked that all the posts page should go to the blog. However, when I click on the “Blog” link in the menu on the site, it just refreshes the home page.
4. Is there a way to make the slider section on the homepage smaller? Right now it takes up the entire screen on a laptop.
I really appreciate any and all help you can provide! I’ve been trying to figure this out on my own for a while and have been struggling.
Thanks in advance!

I’m sorry for the delay! I didn’t know I’d had a response. The screenshots are posted below through Imgur as requested.
Updates with the issues:
#1: I’m not sure what happened to the “Subscribe” section at the bottom of the page but now it just says “Home” and has a sidebar subscribe widget instead of an entire section about subscribing as I have it set up to do. Can you help me revert it back to the theme’s subscribe section? (Screenshot:”Subscribe section on Homepage” and “Subscribe section on Homepage (2)“)
#2 Screenshot: “Color About the Author Homepage”
#3: When I click on the “Blog” menu tab, I’m taken to a blog page that hosts all of my blog posts except it shows the Slider Images, “About the Author” section and the “Book Features” section above the blog posts so you don’t know you’re on a new page. Can you help me to make it so only the blog posts show up when you click the blog menu tab? (Screenshot: “Giant Slider Image & Blog Menu Tab” & “Blog list after sections“)
#4 Screenshot: “Giant Slider Image & Blog Menu Tab”
Thank you!

I sent the requested information through sktthemes.net/contact a few weeks ago but haven’t heard from anyone on your team. Did you get my admin details or do you need me to resend them?
I appreciate you looking into this. I need to get my website looking professional within the next couple of weeks and so far it’s struggling!
Thanks,
