Kindly go to Appearance >> Customize >> Basic >> Scroll down to find Custom CSS and paste there:

@media screen and (max-width:479px) {
.skt-blocks-0c08d9f9-f4de-465f-882b-d9272fea8f26 .skt-blocks-buttons-repeater.skt-blocks-button__wrapper a { font-size: inherit;}
}
