I would like to have 3 phone numbers listed on the top of the page instead of one. How can I achieve that?

This issue was resolved from our end. Kindly check and confirm.

If you want change the phone no.

Kindly go to Appearance >> Widgets >> Header Widgets >> and change phone number there.
