Mobile view header over the navigation bar

Hey,

is it fixable that the header picture is not over the navigation bar on mobile view?

maybe just that the header is above the menu?

As you can see, the header picture is totally stretched and behind the picture the menu opens up i click on it, so i can’t see the menu at all

?? if its not possible, is there maybe a way to keep the normal menu an all devices? Because on tablets and phones the menu gets a drop down one… i just want it to be the normal on like on a pc…
