Hello
i have the wedding theme
i have created menu ribbon tabs at random and now want to move into position
at menu structure i am able to move them in order save them afterwards but they are still out of order when i look at http://kobusjeanwedding.co.za/

also
i previously requested help with mobile display website was not loading correctly,
problem im having now is that the mobile display is fine bit when the website is loading on mobile only the top menu shows until you scroll down to see rest of the website

please can you assist

Then we can remove animation for the website that would mean on mobile phone there would be no waiting and the site comes without scrolling down.
