Lock "Our classes" size

Hi,
I’m putting into my yoga theme our classes. According to the length of text in each description the columns on the front page are different in hight. Do you have css code for me to keep the all the same, even, size regardless of how much text is in each one?

….and in the column with the most text, the “read more” button disappeared and the “read more” text looks as part of the content text.

Kindly go to Appereance>>Theme Option>>Basic Setting>>Custom css box

Add this code:

.ourclasses_col{min-height:560px !important;}

Looks better, but now the “read more” buttons are all weird (and one missing).

Add this code in custom css box:

.ourclasses_col .title_day_time{ height:330px;}
.ourclasses_col a.rdmore{ position:absolute; bottom:0; left:33%}

For the last box use this code for read more Read More

Thank you. But for some reason everything else looks weird. The 3 boxes have moved up in front of the slider, the pictures from the boxes are gone and the picture in “bienvenue” is also gone.
