Hello, I am using the nightclub theme for the website of comedyville.ca. I am using the events tool available on the theme, SKT Events.
The problem I am encountering is that the events disappear well before the start of the event, at least an hour or so before the start of the event but I still want to sell tickets even after the event has started.
If you look at this event for example, https://www.comedyville.ca/sktevents/saturday-comedy-show-late/, I’ve changed the time to 11:58 to 11:59 pm, even though the event starts at 11 pm, but the event disappears before 11 pm.
Another example is this event, https://www.comedyville.ca/sktevents/saturday-comedy-show-early/, I changed the time to 10:30 pm to 11:30 pm, even though the event starts at 9 pm, but it disappears before.
How can the events stay for at least an hour before the start time?

Event are start by the “Start Date and Time” and end by the “End Date and Time” option this given in the theme, Here is no option to expire the event after some time to starting event, it’s start and end by the admin time and date as set on this event kindly see screenshot : https://nimb.ws/RxXU9s
Kindly put proper date like “Mon, Dec 27, 2021” and time like “01:28 PM”

Ans : We have checked, it’s working fine, Kindly put the time like “11.00, 12.00, 01.00” if “11:58” are not working.How can the events stay for at least an hour before the start time?
Ans : This option are not available in this theme.Regards,

I just wanted to update you about this. I have two events on Saturday night, one is an early show at 9 and another a late show at 11 pm.

https://www.comedyville.ca/sktevents/saturday-late-night-comedy-show/In the theme, I put a later time so that the events could stay longer.
For the early show, I used 10:30 to 11:30 and for the late show I used 11:45 to 11:55 p.m.; however, both events disappeared from the events page before 7 p.m. on the day of the event, resulting in fewer ticket sales. Is there any way to leave these events on until their start time?

Here we check event are working properly, here event limits are set so it’s not display the all events here we increase the event limit now all events are showing.

DaveHi David, the issue is really the event times. I just need to events to be left on at least until the start of the events at 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. Is there any way to do that?

Hi Dave, I changed the Time Zone but both events disappeared from the website around 7 pm. The early show is at 9 and the late one is at 11 pm. How is it possible to have them on at least until showtime? I have even set the time after the actual show in the hope of having the event on for longer, with no luck.
