jQuery issues

Hi,
On the web www.centredentalcise.com we have installed the jQuery migrate helper plugin.
It informs us of many errors of obsolete code of the theme:

jQuery.fn.bind() is deprecated
jQuery.isFunction() is deprecated
jQuery.fn.hover() is deprecated
jQuery.fn.click() event shorthand is deprecated
jQuery.fn.click() event shorthand is deprecated
jQuery.fn.resize() event shorthand is deprecated
jQuery.expr[‘:’] is deprecated; use jQuery.expr.pseudos
jQuery.fn.keydown() event shorthand is deprecated
jQuery.fn.unbind() is deprecated
jQuery.fn.load() is deprecated
‘jQuery.easing.swing’ should use only one argument

And many more…

How can we correct these errors? The jQuery migrate helper plugin is only a temporary solution and we want to fix the problem permanently.
