Issues after theme update

On this web page you had been made some customizations:

1) Add widget area under head of all pages except home page. See this topic: https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/widget-area-below-header/
2) Page title above header image. See this topic: https://www.sktthemes.org/forums/topic/page-title-above-header-image-7/

When updating the theme to the latest version, these customizations have been lost. Can you redo these two missed customizations?
