Internet explorer displaying incorrectly

I believe the toothy theme is having compatibility issues on internet explorer. On chrome and microsoft edge I am detecting no issues, but when I open my site on IE, I am experiencing a large gap in the content, page shows up looking empty until I scroll down. Is there a way to fix this? This issue is not happening on the homepage, but on any of the other pages, I get the issue.
