I downloaded theme. Then I uploaded, as instructed, but when I clicked on “activate”, I was given this message:
“The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”
I have no idea what to do with this! Please help.
Sorry, it was when I clicked on “Install Now” that I got that message.
I also want to ask… I have already built a website with the free version of Parallaxme. When I activate the Pro version, will I be starting from scratch or will it pull in the content I’ve already put in the free version? Thank you.
Sorry for this. The upload max size indicates the hosting has a small upload size for you. Ask them to increase the max upload size in php.ini to at least 20mb.
Yes you would have to start from scratch only for the homepage. All inner pages are automatically picked up. So if you want we can do this for you. Send us the WordPress admin details via email: email@example.com and we will set up the Pro for you.
