Installation differs from Demo?

Hi there,

we`re running Hotel Pro (https://stadtschloss.herrieden.de/stadtschloss)

On a background test page I tried running your Contact form layout 2 as shown in Demo. I cannot find any shortcode or template for this.

The shown gallery in your Demo (https://sktthemesdemo.net/hotel/gallery/) does not appear in our theme at all (mouse over effects, moving effects, and so on)…

It appears the purchased Hotel Pro version does not run the effects you`re advertising in your Demo?

Hi,

Hotel theme is updated now, your theme version is 2.0 and the updated theme version is 3.0

Therefore the theme effects are missing

Thank you for your fast reply. Is 3.0 an update to our purchased theme, or a completely new version?

If it is an update, where can I find it? (we purchased the theme some 5 months ago)

If it is an completely new version, what will it cost to upgrade?
