I want to have pages that you only get to by clicking a link from the text within one of the sections, or from a drop down menu underneath the main menu headings on the main page. When I try and add new pages they come up as additional menu items along the main menu, or if I make them sub-menu items, they still appear on the main page. Can you explain how to make them hidden from the main page?
Hi,
Kindly visit Appearance>Menus>Select the primary menu and choose to have whatever pages you want in this.
Scroll down and remove the option: Automatically add new pages.
And also check the box: Make this as Primary menu.
